Can I order something that is not yet available?

Yes, you can, by sending us a request and as soon as the item is available for purchase we will notify you by mail or by phone and will proceed with the purchase.

 

My Order was Cancelled, What is that?

The Reasons an Order might be canceled, are :

1. Mispriced Item in the Store

2. Out of Stock Product

3. Fraud Case

4. Issue with Delivery

 

I wasn’t able to select Cash on Delivery on Certain Items

Cash on Delivery is only available in Egypt for certain products under 4000 EGP as a restriction by the Courier for security reasons

 

I purchased an Item, but my transaction was declined and I can't find it in the Cart anymore

The Order has been processed, but due to the failure of the transaction, you'll need to reorder it, The item will be in your account so that you can easily reorder it.

 

How can I pay?

Payment can be done by either Cash on Delivery for Items less than 4000 EGP  and By Visa and Master Card without Limits all over Egypt.

 


 

Shipping and Delivery FAQ

 

How Long does it take for delivery of an Item?

Items are usually shipped 3-5 days of purchase if the item is in stock, some items might get out of stock anytime, in this case, the customer will be notified with the new date of delivery or he has the option to cancel the order.

 

What if I receive a defected Product?

All Products sold through OneRoofStore are sold with Local Distributors Warranty, in the case the product was found defective due to factory-build the product will be replaced without any extra cost , if the product was found defective due to usage/not under warranty conditions, item will be maintained and the customer will be informed of the cost prior to maintenance activity
